Ground Rules for Trips: Contact Trip Leaders before participating in a trip. Dates may change at the discretion of trip leaders due to weather, river levels or other conditions. Dates for major events are NOT likely to change.
Avoid participating in trips beyond your skill level. If in doubt, discuss trip difficulty and your abilities with Trip Leader.
Be prepared to assist Trip Leaders if requested, such as helping with shuttles. Above all, h
