The Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association (TSRA) is a state-wide volunteer group in Tennessee and across the South. We are actively involved in conserving our rivers and streams, paddling those waterways, and teaching others to paddle safely. We'd love to have you join us. We welcome guests at our river trips (always contact the trip leader first to discuss your skill level and the difficulty of the trip), clean ups, bimonthly meetings, and other activities. Of course, we hope that after you meet us, you'll want to become a member of TSRA.
Membership benefits include our newsletter, The Watershed, our membership directory, and the chance to paddle and hang out with some of the coolest people around. Our members range from kids to "senior citizens," but don't try to out-paddle those folks. Our membership includes some of the innovators in whitewater paddling. Some even have rapids named for them. We love rivers and paddling and enjoy a wide range of other outdoor activities as well.
TSRA depends on volunteers to accomplish our mission of protecting Tennessee's streams and rivers. Please use our Volunteer Form to send your information to our committee chairs and event organizers to let them know you want to help. Click here to go to the form.
